One of my favorite things about mail is the thoughts of sending and receiving things from far away places. This set is for the explorer in us who might travel to a foreign land and not mind getting lost.

Each set comes 2 shimmery blue flat notecards and envelopes, reminiscent of the sparkling sea. Each envelope is lined with a beautiful, full-color reproduction of an old map, and no two are alike. (The third photo shows a sampling of a few envelopes.) The notecards also have a small image from these maps, and I've made them into postage stamps and sewn each one onto the card with white thread. This is finished off with a hand stamped cancellation mark that says "international."

Correspondence sets come packaged with two gold-bordered self-adhesive address labels, two different vintage air mail seals, and two cancelled foreign stamps. It also comes with your own miniature compass, which doesn't necessarily point North. (After all, part of exploring is getting lost.)
